Congrats on the dress I know what that means.
A few years ago I gained a lot of weight in a matter of two months, took over two years to lose it. walked a lot, tryed to saty away from junk food and bread. ate burgers with no bread. and ate a little less.
two years ago was so excited. went to Target tryed on some jeans my old size and they went pass my hips was able to zip and button. looked in the mirror and I jumped up and down. couldn't belive I was my old saize again.
