Heh. One of my closest friends lives in Hamilton; they call it the most polluted city in Ontario. Which is funny because she works at the local co-op, and her boyfriend works at the organic market right across the street.
So, it's not for lack of local interest... Just industry, taking over.
Is there such a thing as a Ministry of the Environment in Canada, or something?
