Forgot to mention...

When I got up this morning and went into the kitchen, I was greeted by an utterly gorgeous smell. I looked around blankly for a second, before remembering that it was the scent of lemon flowers. One of the little plants that I bought last year at Eden is flowering! There's only one open for now, and the strength of the perfume is astonishing!

It ocurred to me that I didn't have *any* plant icons, so I Google-imaged for Dioneae muscipula, snagged a good one and pulled a 100*100 pixel section out of it... [I was hoping to do the same with a shot of the lemon flower, but no such luck :-( ]

my olive plant is doing really well ... around 3 times the size of when you gave it to me :-)

Just waiting for some olives to start coming through! *bounce bounce bounce*

Whereas mine is... Not. :-( I think it got a bit too dry over Christmas, what with being over a radiator and all. :$ Still, it hasn't upped and died yet, so there's hope!

I took to watering mine once a week, but it has just been sat in the kitchen window, which means that ny time there is sun, it'll get it.

It looks all very happy there :-)
