Oh my Lord, I am in love with your writing... It's so perfect. You capture such a fantastic spectrum of human understanding in just a few simple lines. And they work perfectly. It's not some declaration. Or anything like that. It'd be so cheesy and OTT to end it with-- "And she knew she loved him" or something like that. It's far more Cristina to just give the implication. Or the idea of something there...
