Can I be really lame and say that great things come in small packages?
I really, thoroughly enjoyed this chapter.

I never saw Alex coming [I really think I need some sleep because I keep making that dirty], but that was such a nice plot twist. I am kind of obsessed with people from Seattle meeting Mark & Addison's kids years down the road.

I liked the flow of this chapter. Everything feels kind of choppy and disconnected but I guess that's how I imagine it would feel finding out about and going through something so ridiculously important...kind of like what do you say; words don't really cut it.

yay for kylie being cured :) i totally did not expect Alex Karev to be the donor. that, along with Derek's planning, seemed like a way for Seattle Grace to make up for whatever hell it put Addison through in the past. heh

So I totally did not see the Alex thing coming at all, but it makes total sense and just kind of fits. The scene with him, Addison, and Mark was lovely, as was his quick scene with Kylie. I'm happy that she's finally okay.

... but her attention keeps drifting to her children and just how damned lucky she is to have everything the way she does. She catches Mark’s eyes and he nods, thinking the exact same thing. I loved all of the family stuff at the end, but this line summed it all up very well. Lovely job :)
