I love doing the sshg_exchange every year. It's stressful and tiring, and I always spend too much time on research and not enough time on the actual project. But it's wonderful to finish a project and turn it in. (Even more wonderful on the rare occasion I turn it in on time.) I did a regular project and a pinch hit, and as a result, I received two gifts

I'm far behind on the Exchange so I haven't read most of the stories yet, but I saw your bookmark and thought it was fabulous -- an eye-catching design and so well executed. Can't wait to read your story!

Thanks! I don't know that I'd do a bookmark again, even though we had four whole months to work on it. I did have fun designing it, though.

Whoops, now that I've clicked on Tarot to "read" it, I see that it's art, not a story. (And I did see it at the time, as my review proves. I just forgot the title.) The cards are beautiful.

I've been looking at the cards and cringing, so I might go back and redo them. I want to get in some more painting practice anyway, so this is as good an excuse as any.
