I never thought I liked soup that much... like, it's barely a meal, right? But dammit I like creating soups! I totally want to open a soup 'n' sandwich shop.

First up, Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Soup.

That sounds great! A really natural combination of ingredients. Except for the vodka. They do that with pasta sauce too, and I've never seen the point.

Yeah I so don't get it. I know ppl like cooking with wine (I can't drink wine) but vodka doesn't even really have a flavor.

The soup turned out great! Perfect for a cold, stormy night.

I also omit dill in most of my recipes. YANA! :D
