Chesterstead w 6: Svedala-Hayes

We moved to our new house! I was so happy to have a proper house to look after!
It's not very big, but it's enough for us. We had to rebuild some on the top floor to make way for the child, as we didn't want to put him/her in the basement, haha.
Uhura Carter lives just further by the street from us and she's very nice. She too has a baby, Daniel. I have told her she's always welcome by and to bring him. Sadly, being a single mom means she doesn't have too much free time and she is trying to get a job.
Klas asked me to marry him! I was so happy! Call me old-fashioned, but I do believe in being married before the baby was born.
We had a small ceremony in our backyard. I would've wanted a big party, but Klas promised me we'd celebrate our golden anniversary properly. We just couldn't afford a big party right now.
Well, our celebratory dinner wasn't very fancy, but with the big belly I wasn't in the mood to prepare anything grander.
I love that Klas, even now that he has a house and works hard, still can be a very silly man.
We are very excited to meet the little one! It is annoying though, with the big belly and the back pains I can't take care of the house like I should. Klas has to help out sometimes.
It wasn't one baby, it was two!

I just love being a mother, and Klas managed to get some time off to be home with the babies too. I did tell him he didn't have to, but he said he really wanted to.
We do manage to get some time for ourselves, but the stress gets to me sometimes. The other day I even burned the dinner!
Birthday! My little babies were growing up!
To Klas, to come home and be with the kids before tucking them to bed is really important. He isn't there during the days but he is great help when it's time to tuck them in.
It's always Stina who wakes up first and she does not want to stay in the crib. Sadly, she wakes Sigurd up, but he doesn't seem equally eager to get out. Or he knows we'll come running anyway.
It's very nice to have Inga and Hecktor come by. Hecktor loves playing with his grandchildren and Inga is quite fun to talk to.
And suddenly, time had run by again. It was time to prepare for the children to go to school!
My little babies! They grow so fast!
And suddenly, one morning, I was left home alone. This hasn't happen for nearly a decade. I guess I'll have to start taking care of Inga's Little Store now, since Klas made me the owner. It's a job I think will suit me but I do miss cuddling a little baby. But with the children it's time for the next step instead; homework, having friends of the children over and help them when the teenage years start.
