Chesterstead w 6: Joseph Dawes

My experiments and continued work is giving results. I am getting closer to my ultimate creation.
Adult now. Still working.
I decided I needed a house. Being in an apartment and working through the nights only raised questions.
I have studied a lot, and realised I needed to go outdoors and to study some more.
Mother came by. I appreciated it, actually. She is worried about me, I try to calm her down. She thinks I am like dad, that I always want to know more. I don't know, I think dad managed to blend into society quite well. I don't know if I ever will, properly. I like living here, in my little corner.
And finally, all my studies gave result.
I can't say the experience was fun, but it was interesting. I wrote it all down, naturally. I have always believed in aliens, most people here do, more or less. Few have met them though.
Carrying a child is a changing experience. At first I was mostly interested from a scientific point of view. But I am getting more and more excited about meeting the little fellow.
I am very close to finishing my final project.
The baby will soon be here. Maybe I should tell my family?
