Chesterstead w 5: The Dawes
Narrated by Adam Dawes
Our lives follow a normal, ordinary routine; I go to work, Eve is home with the children unless she can get a babysitter so she can open up her diner and Joseph goes to school and paints and writes when he's home.
Eve had loved being home with the little ones and even if it was amazing to see them grow I know she mourned that the times home with the twins was now over. They were to start school and she would work more hours at the diner.
Sarah looks a lot like me!
Just like his older brother; David resembles his mother more.
Eve got back to working at the restaurant.
Joseph and his friends made up plans for what would happen after school.
Which was something that happened soon enough. Joseph still wants to work in media and with some funding from us he could move out and rent an apartment.
Eve was home and helped him pack and move the last things. I've been visiting his new place, but he mostly paints and writes and needs some space of his own. Something he couldn't get here, not with the rest of the family making noises all the time! I can definitely understand his need for his own place and I'm happy we could give him some financial aid.
Not long after I reached the top of my career! I was so happy! Not only was the raise very good, but I just loved the job!
Sometimes we have to yell from the windows to get the kids to come in and go to bed. They love to be outdoors and play. I am really happy to see them get along so well!
Eve got a good review of the restaurant! She was really happy as it would boost the visitor's number.
Seeing as the kids had so much energy we decided to visit the sports park one Saturday. Especially Sarah just loves to practice different sports.
It had been a great day. The kids crashed when we got home, haha. Sarah was really excited, because she'd seen the Good Witch. I've seen her before but Sarah was amazed.
We bought back Musico and Eve bought a club. We will not be that involved in Musico but we were really excited about opening a club!
People know about us by now and especially about Eve. They were really happy we'd bought Musico back and were amazed we also opened a club; given that we already had a restaurant. But that's Eve for you; she just can't relax! She needs something to do, constantly.
But the years went by and we had to face that we wouldn't have the energy for all of this for much longer.
But we will need every ounce of energy we have to keep up with these two wonderful creatures! (And the cat). There is always something going on with those two around!
