I love Heero's thought process, and how he disects Quatre's ulterior motives, looking past his innocent face/actions. The two sides of Quatre are captured wonderfully here: the innocent, "care-free" self he often shows the world, and the other side Heero knows of, the scheming Gundam Pilot side. And yet we still don't REALLY know if Quatre "planted" the paper, or if it just fell out of a stack. Even Heero, in the end, falls to Quatre's genius (he does the wrapping himself, even though he knows he's doing it! Although, it looks like he doesn't mind *wink*).

I'm glad you liked it. Having insights such as yours makes the "lost" feeling of having written something in such a style go away. Oh yes, Heero does the wrapping himself, and Quatre is the perfect innocent-looking, kick-ass schemer that he is (he was a gundam pilot all right, no doubts there). *smiles*

This is such an adorable piece! Good job on capturing Quatre's tactics genius side and his I'm-sooo-innocent side. XD Not everyone can show both effectively.
I love everything in it(even the summary and parentheticals).

I just love Quatre's kick-ass side. It can be so hidden and unexpected and when revealed... I go, Now that's a Gundam pilot-that's Quatre!

Summaries always give me a hard time! But I'm glad this one worked though. And the parentheses parts - I knew there was a reason I had this sitting on my hard drive for so long. When I found it again (everything in parenthesis still unwritten), I felt that something just wasn't right, and there, fixed it up the way it is now. Thank you for reading! :D

I really liked this one too! Quite different but still very natural and very them. I love Heero's POV here and Quatre as the strategist. You might want to post this and the other one on sdqb ^_^ *is subtle*

Oh, yeah. sdqb has a com. You know, since having this, I haven't really explored LJ much except for posting on my own journal (I don't even know how to make sdqb a link, like in your reply >.<) and I haven't touched any communities yet. Such a newbie. *shakes head* Give me a day or two to learn, and I'll share it there. :)

That was a nice read. I love the way a piece of paper turned into a snuggle session of the floor. Heero's thought process was perfect, the way he dissected and analyzed every movement.
