Kitteh is home and sleeping. The vet said that he didn't feel any bowel obstructions (thank g-d!) and sent us home with some Flagyl for her. She's drinking now but still has no interest in food. I had to actually "pill" her for her daily prozac which I've never had to do before. She always just eats it willingly. D ( Read more... )

Isn't 'pilling' one's cat really difficult, though? Hope your kitty gets well soon!

Yeah, "pilling" cats can be tough. My cat is pretty good about it, but I've done pet sitting for cats before where you need to wrap them in towels to pill them or else you risk serious injury. o.o
As soon as she's better I won't have to do it anymore. She put up a good fight this morning with her tummy medicine, so I think she might be feeling a little better.

I'm so glad people know what pic I'm talking about. After I couldn't find it after an hour of searching last night I was beginning to doubt its existence. XD The need isn't dire, so if you happen across it in your travels grab it for me. I'll be forever grateful. :)
