I can handle creaks and groans but the creepy voice really stopped me cold. However, I'm now wondering if the solar storm caused something weird to come out of my stereo speakers.
Wild stuff, Keith. "Ghosts" do seem to have a real presence in our world/reality, whatever the backstory. Bob M.'s buddy Andy in L.A.'s Los Feliz apt. is haunted ... and he discovered the tenant 15-odd years ago was murdered in the living room.

Seattle seems to have its share ... your home, a room at the Gaslight Inn, at least a couple of the older schools.
I've heard the stories about Andy's apartment! There's a lot of that down there, too. For a time I lived in a home where the "Black Dahlia" murder victim lived. But the scariest thing that ever happened there was having the LAPD chopper shine its light in my backyard.
Before you flee all Amityville-like, I would love to visit your house. The house where I grew up was prone to "unexplainable occurrences." My father credited these incidents to the prior owner who died in one of the upstairs bedrooms (oddly enough MY room). My father was a little nutty and sadistic, so he may have been fucking with my head, but nonetheless, it made for an interesting childhood.
