My thoughts on the 2008 AAA in Tokyo Con

These are just random thoughts plus some comparisons to the Taipei leg of last year's AAA... to those who read my con reports and most especially to those who were with me in Taipei, I'm so happy that I was able to write down a lot

I felt compelled to share my thoughts on this con since I went to the Taipei one... By the way, I love the fact that you got your own DVD copy just for my purely selfish reasons... yey for high quality screencaps! Although I haven't downloaded what you've put up so far...

And can i just say that I can no longer look at Jun's middle finger in the same way ever again... GAWD!!!

Oh, and I hope your move to your new apartment is going well... and that especially means new walls for putting up Jun/Arashi pics... hehehehe...

You know what?, I'm gonna do that! I don't know if my computer would able to take it though cause the file might be pretty big but...I wanna watch the who~le thing! I watched about 30 minutes of it....my mom watched it with me some!!!! She was like, "This is a major production!" and "those boys have been groomed to do this~!" I was so glad she said that! ^_^ But yeah, sableheart, gotcha. I'm gonna burn it to DVD so I can watch it on my TV, yay~ (I'm probably boring you right now, going on and on and on and on and....okay.) ^_^;

That was an awesome report, thanks!!! I can't get over how great you write. :)
And I just can't escape under the spell of this concert. Jun was.... It's more than I can take, there are no words...
I brought back my little, secret wishes about possibilities to go to an Arashi concert once in the future. It's something I have to do before I die. :P
And I was so shocked by the thousands of people there. Arashi-sama is amazing after all!

And I might say, I'm with you about Jun's finger... XDDD

You really have to see them LIVE... but that means okane, okane, okane...

I like your comment about the concert! I especially agree with your assessment on the venue size and how that was both a detriment and benefit.

Something that happens to me when I watch their concert DVDs is that a song I might have just liked becomes an obsession after watching them perform it live. For this DVD it's "Hip Pop Boogie" and Re(mark)able. I always liked "Hip Pop Boogie", but now I LOVE Sho's solo. I thought it was the best solo performance I've seen Sho do.

Oh, and Jun's solo was awesome too. The song isn't quite right for him, but with a live band he performs it really well.

Wah, late reply... sorry about that...

I wanted to comment on Hip Hop Boogie... I love how Sho started the song with just the rap parts... it began with a softness that made me appreciate Sho's rap more... but for some reason... I still like "Touch Me Now" more... Sho was just so gorgeous there for me...

And I love that Sho produced Re(mark)able... (he did, right?) The speed in the rap parts totally make that song so awesome...

And as for Jun-bug, well... his voice will always need a lot of work, but I have to say that was his best performance of that song so far... :)
