Ooooh, looking at ones in Golden? XD I was for awhile, and I recommend the townhomes you can rent if that's affordable for you. They are NICE and better quality than most of the apartments of the same price.
We're looking at both townhomes and apartments, but specifically a 3-bedroom. :O Just driving around town has revealed some possibilities, but nothing that's a great fit just yet.

I know Rent.com and some of the apartemtn ratings sites helped me immensely when I was looking in the area. :D I just know it was too expensive for me at the time to get what I wanted. : / Oh well, can't complain with the place I ended up living.
