Need advice - where to get hair cut

I want to get my hair cut, I have decided.  I'm going to keep it long, but I want some layers put in and I think I'm going with bangs again.  I have never had a fabulous haircut in Lincoln, and don't want to go to a Great Clips type place, but don't want to spend $100 either.  Any suggestions?

Classic Styles... both Amanda and Mandi and are awesome there and it doesn't cost a fortune!

I've been going to Hairmasters for the last 3.5 years. I go to the location in Van Dorn Plaza. I like most of the girls there, I'm just not a fan of how the black girl cuts Luke's hair. They charge $18 for a hair cut but they always have some kind of special it seems.

I have a fabulous hair lady, if you are ever in Omaha. Libby at the Ashley Lynn's on Dodge. She rocks! The first time I saw her, she had a spikey pink mohawk, and the last time, she was snowy white and close-cropped. She's very down-to-earth about the hair cutting, though. I just like that she really listens to what you want. I had great haircuts while living there. And it's only $40, I think.
