I had a horrible moment last night, without internet access, realizing that I do not know what the parts of a balcony are called.

I get that way when I am without Internet. I think of a million and five things I need to know and there's no bloody way to look them up. It wouldn't be so bad if I lived in a country where I had half a chance of finding what I wanted in the library in a language I could actually understand above a three-year-old level, or didn't tend to have these research questions in the middle of the night.
