Human anatomy improvements are easy enough to eventually overcome and conquer.
But your backgrounds are really leaps and bounds above what I could have expected. I never went and made a direct comparison between the first pages and the ones coming out now, but damn, that's some nice panels you're doin now.

It's a combo of a lot of photo ref, and reading more printed comics than I used to.

Oh, and not being afraid to erase the sketches I stressed over for hours and just do something completely different. #_@

My hills still look like I pulled them from mario world, though. I am going to have to sit down and just... draw hills from life. Not that that's hard, since I just have to look out a window for reference...

They don't look at all bad to me- maybe they could use an extra line to indicate a furlough or two. The background now is at the point where it's not distracting in the amount of detail it has.
