Lestrade's concern mirrors Mycroft's. Meanwhile, Donovan is wondering when she will be called to a murder scene to find John is the corpse that she has been waiting for the Freak to kill.

Exactly! Lestrade has less information than Mycroft, but his is good at his job. You have to think he at least suspected that John shot the cabbie. I'm really intrigued by Donovan's antagonism with Sherlock. I'm certain she has good reason for it.
