*I'm sure she prefers to be neither place, but because I'm mean, Ruka finds herself stood on top of the building with the one who's laughing at the destruction. It takes her a few seconds to really realize and take in exactly what's going on, but as soon as she does, she gasps in shock and begins to panic*
