Thank God, Yunho decided not to think of himself only.He should be sympathetic and empathetic while being level-minded to manage people properly. Or else, he'll be like a dictator...

I like how Changmin is managing the resort. I'm sure they could handle the 2 major events just fine with his help.

Yup, that's good advice! Yunnie just needs to start to be a little mature about things and take things seriously. Hopefully he'll be  good boss!
