Jacob is rather wary about this issue with no light and possible danger, especailly given what he heard about the events at halloween. He wasn't really mentally equiped to hide out in his room the whole time, however, so when the lord mentioned meeting places he was on top of it. After stealing a torch from his hallway (and not thinking about how that might mess up others, there were more torches there, right?) he heads to the barrack's common hall. No idea what to do there, but company would be good until things cleared up.
Isabel looked up as the first of her charges entered the room. She was nothing if not an excellent hostess, and rose to nod in cool greeting at the strange-looking guest who stood there.
"Good morning, and welcome," She was sure enough that it was still morning, "You found your way here without trouble, I trust?"
For now, the breach was contained to the shadows. That did not mean that it would remain so.
Jetfire wasn't leaving the barracks. That was, he wasn't leaving the barracks unless and until someone needed his help... or would need to be stopped from doing something foolish (like Starscream).
He hadn't thought twice venturing out of his room in darkness, after checking that Starscream was in his own room; firstly, he could see in more than one spectrum of light, and secondly, his optics cast a faint bright-blue glow that, while useless for seeing any further distance with, still illuminated his face quite well.
(Nevermind that this might be quite creepy for anyone he met who wasn't carrying their own light).
So Jetfire had wandered the corridors for a bit, seeing if anyone would need an escort, or help, before he found himself carefully stepping into the common room. Doorways and the ceilings here were still something he was wary of.

Taking a large mit from by the fire, Isabel removed the kettle of brandy from the fire.
"You are not one to have seen this sort of thing before." It was not a question. She knew exactly who had strayed into the dark and who hadn't.
