Who is the cutest thing at this party? If you say Aht than you are damn skippy!

Aht is skipping in, dressed in her costume. Her flute has been cleverly disguised as a leek and is it spinning.

Where's Kevas and Mister Tumnus and Ironhide? They needed to see her outfit and see how cute she is.

Now that he's made a trip to the food table and has procured a chunk of shark-sheep meat to gnaw on, Ezra begins to make a proper round of the party.

Honestly, he doesn't know many people here, and his wandering is almost completely aimless. Somehow he ends up coming to a stop beside Aht. Maybe he was drawn to her ears? Yes, that was probably it. He looks her up and down quite blatantly, and only speaks as to make the action less creepy.

"Hi."

Yep. Way less creepy.

Aht doesn't notice Ezra right away, since she's got candy now. But when she does notice him, she grins and waves her flute-hand, since candy-hand is currently occupied with something far more important. "Hi! Do you like my costume?"

Creepiness is noticed, but ultimately dismissed. Of course he likes her costume! She's just about the cutest thing ever!

"I guess. It's kind of short, isn't it?" Frankly Ezra thinks her costume looks freaking weird, but hey. It's... interesting. He supposes.

He gestures his meat-hand at her flute-hand. "Can you play that?"

Aht finishes her candy and remembers just in time not to wipe her hand on her costume. "I don't think so?" She's short and not entirely sure where you're going with that, Ezra.

When he points to her flute she nods. "Wanna hear?" I promise she doesn't sound like a shrieking cat.

Ezra shrugs. "If you're sure." He'll accept her answer, it's not like he's down with female fashion. Did costumes even count as fashion? Hmm.

"Yeah, of course." He rips another big hunk off of his meat, making guesses in his head as to how good this new girl will be, and what the strange instrument will sound like.

Aht just smiles. Playing her flute is her specialty. So she holds it up and starts playing a cheerful tune. It was always a crowd pleaser back in Granorg.

Oh yeah. Don't mind if Ezra just stops chewing completely to listen. This face? Is the face of someone who is completely enamoured with the music he is hearing. He could listen to this all night.

The song's finished, but Aht is so masterful, she just segues into something else. It's seamless. And when that song finishes, she lowers her flute and grins.

"Did you like it?"

An emphatic nod. "It was great."

Tumnus rather enjoyed courtly gatherings, so he supposed that something like this would be just as enjoyable. He'd considered an utterly predictable costume for a while before finding and settling on something... far different.

He was unaccustomed to wearing something that covered as much as this costume did, but he had to admit... he liked the hat.

He is mingling when he catches sight of Aht, his expression brightening considerably.

"Aht, child, you look lovely this evening!"

Aht beams at Mister Tumnus and spins her leek like a pro. "Thank you!" She's not entirely sure what she is, but she's really digging it. Especially the headphones.

"What're you, Mr. Tumnus?"
