So I have LJ set up to send me emails when certain of my friends post things. I got the notification for this post this morning, Beens. No lie. Also, I read it, knowing that the child has been in school for almost a full academic year now, and even still it made me a little misty!

It's thrilling and heart breaking watching them grow, I never really appreciated how badly you can become conflicted wanting to wait for that next amazing step in their life and wanting to freeze them in the perfection of the current moment until Duncan.

That little girl is going to kick ass :)
