I just made the friends cut I spoke about a few entries back.

Honestly, it wasn't truly personal on any level.

I feel as if I never talk to some of you any more, and I haven't for quite some time. That was basically the deciding factor. If you disagree, let me know in comments here and I will be happy to reconsider how I'm feeling. Though, it was ( Read more... )

I'll give you a call on Skype sometime - tis the only way I'm calling anyone at home lately, due to the international calling thing. ;)

But yeah, I miss you too. So I WILL call. But not this second, since I have to be to work in less than 50 minutes and I have yet to shower.

I'm really sorry that you've had a rough time recently. I've been terrible about keeping with my LJ friends lately, and I feel awful about it. Not that I'm assuming my online presence is an utmost importance to anyone, but I think we all know that's not the point, eh? :(

I'll keep you and your family in my thoughts today. <3

I know people are busy, so on one hand I feel bad for being a "omg no one talks to meeeeeee" drama queen/attention whore.

But at the same time... I don't know I can't really fix how I feel about things automagically. Wish I could. But I can't. So that's that.

Thank you. He did.

I got an email from my Uncle in the middle of the night that he was out of surgery, in recovery, and things went better than they had expected.

Followed by another email this morning from my mom's cell that he was in recovery and doing well. She attached a picture of him that I'm not sure I needed to see first thing in the morning, but alls well that ends well, right?

*hugs* Surgery sucks for anyone, honestly.

I really don't fault anyone (okay, maybe I was a little frustrated with a couple people, but I have special reasons there) - I think it's more... that I like to feel useful and if no one talks to me... I don't?

I can definitely relate to 'online friends are all I have' even though it's not 100% the case for me - it's just close to.

I totally do have an email - I'll drop you a PM in just a sec with one I'm checking fairly regularly! My dad is doing well. Surgery went better than expected, he his home recovering and probably driving my mom nuts being bored. He had no infections in the bone, which is what I'm hanging on to since he has more surgery in August and might have more after that. Bleh.
