Ouch! That might be dangerous. On the really hot days, I wait till dusk, when the heat breaks, to just walk.

I only run during daylight hours on Saturdays when I get my car washed. Otherwise I run at night year round. I take my car at the last possible minute before the place closes hoping it will be a little cooler. The sun is a little lower so there is some shade but still HOT. I'm still recovering two hours later!

Usually I make my cut-off 95 degrees. Today I made an exception. Put it this way, I'll sleep well tonight! After my run, my kiddo dragged me to the gym for an hour. I'm beat.

I must concur with this poster.

Exerting one's self in 100 degree heat is asking for trouble.
