i hope you're using somethign like this stuff and the book that goes with it. it seriously helped a very injury-prone ex of mine. it was very precision-required though---she had trouble taping herself and i had trouble taping myself, just right. but i totally ran a half-marathon on a sprained ankle taped up just right!

congrats on the discovery! i wish i'd thought to suggest it way earlier!

er, unfortunately i don't have any links to speed workouts handy. and googling for some i found this article which i did not read all of but think maybe you should:

i believe there are effective things out there, but i no longer believe i can kinda fake it.
