dad pushed me into it but he's kind of right. it's affordable and close to local transit. it'll do for a starter place and i can put money aside for my future home

i'm not moving but, i need to clean out stuff too. i remember when i moved east i only had what i could pack and then only what fit in a shared room. then i came back home and moved all my crap out of the garage that i "needed" into a single room again. dork!
