I always said Blair Witch is only scary for people who've never been in the woods before.

Also, while I agree that The Sixth Sense is a great movie, I wouldn't classify it as horror.

Evil Dead 2 is NOT scary, but it IS a great, fun movie with a fantastic sense of humor about the genre and itself. I definitely recommend it.

Totally agree with you re: 1978 Dawn of the Dead, and I was JUST telling Mr WG yesterday that we should see the original The Haunting.

Hmmm, maybe eventually I'll make myself watch some horror flicks. I don't know why they're really not my thing, but alas... I'll try. :D

'Nosferatu', actually for it's vintage it's pretty scary. Blair Witch, and Sixth Sense. I like the psychological thrillers best :)
