Yea man, there is no place were Satan has any power that God hasn't granted to him.

Why does God grant him power?

I mean I know sin must be prevelant, or we'd all be in heaven, and God has to grant Satan the power to tempt becuase he Himself can not, but ya'll don't think when Satan gains absolute control in someone's life God chooses for that to happen?
