After a nice lazy time off for Christmas & then 3/4 of the month of January, I'm ready to get back to the fitness routine again! I've logged back into MFD (My Food Diary) again after about a month & am a bit worse for the wear, but not too bad. I'm currently at 127lb & 25% body fat...not bad for being a slug for a month. I was at 124lb & 27%

How are you calculating your body fat? i'd love to know what mine actually is at the moment.

So weird! Anyways, I use a electronic scale that has those metal plates on it. It runs a thing of electricity through you & measures your body fat by how fast it goes through you. It's not accurate unless you measure it at around the same time of day & same hydration level. But it's kind of cool to use to compare how you're doing.
