After a nice lazy time off for Christmas & then 3/4 of the month of January, I'm ready to get back to the fitness routine again! I've logged back into MFD (My Food Diary) again after about a month & am a bit worse for the wear, but not too bad. I'm currently at 127lb & 25% body fat...not bad for being a slug for a month. You gain weight because you gain muscle. I'm dealing with that at the moment.

How are you calculating your body fat? i'd love to know what mine actually is at the moment.

Oh no, I totally understand if it's because I'm gaining muscle...I just don't see how it's possible for me to gain muscle when I stopped working out regularly about a month ago! :)

So weird! Anyways, I use a electronic scale that has those metal plates on it. It runs a thing of electricity through you & measures your body fat by how fast it goes through you. It's not accurate unless you measure it at around the same time of day & same hydration level. But it's kind of cool to use to compare how you're doing.
