1- My fic is multi-chaptered and I have no idea how to make a masterpost. Can you send me a link to a tutorial (an easy to undersand one) or help me in any other way?

2- Also, do I post the chapters on my LJ and then post the link here?

Please, be kind and have patience, English is not my first language. I can understand daily life stuff and expressions with no problem, so I can read fics and write them (with a beta), but following instructions on tutorials usually confuse me. Thanks in advance!

Hi!

1. So, the way people usually do it is make multiple posts on their lj, one post per chapter, and then make a new post where they add in the links to all of the chapters and all the header information (title, rating, author's notes etc.), which makes the masterpost.

Do you know how to post links? If not, you can use the following code for posting links
Name of chapter or fic (just copy the contents of the text box) where link to post should be the url of the chapter/lj post, and between the > and < would be the chapter name or number.

2. Yes, your fic should be posted to your own lj and then links for both the art and the fic (or fic masterpost) should be posted according to the format posted above. You will need to discuss this with your artist so you can coordinate a time for both your works to get posted and you have the link for your artist's art post. Does that make sense?

That's fine, posting/crossposting to your personal ljs and tumblrs are perfectly alright :) I'll be making the post for the reversebang tumblr soon as well, you can feel free to reblog that as well.

So, what do I do if my partner has gone AWOL? I emailed a few days ago to figure out who's posting what and to get a look at the fic (I haven't seen it yet), but haven't received a response, and our posting date is tomorrow... What do I do? Is there a way we could get our posting date pushed back a little bit in case my partner is just having internet problems or something?
