Rating: either PG 13 or M (still deciding)
Word Count So Far: 12884 words
Any advice for anyone: story notes mapping out the plot line is a must, really helpful! Also just write the story! You can also go back and revise to make it better.

Rating: PG
Word Count So Far: embarrassing low, but at least the plot is fully fleshed out (RL project finishing next week, then I can REALLY get stuck into it)

Author: ME! :D (dani_elizabethx)
Rating: At the moment, PG, could possibly get up to NC-17
Word Count So Far: HAHAHA ~300
Any advice for anyone: DON'T PROCRASTINATE, lord knows i did last year and wow stressful.
Snippet:

The boy was small - compact - and shorter than Kurt. His dark curly hair moved softly with the ocean breeze as he sat on a rainbow colored blanket. His knees were tucked up under his chin, held there by his arms wrapped around his legs. He was staring, unblinking, out at the waves crashing onto the sand.

Despite the new feeling expanding in his chest, Kurt wasn’t going to let this boy keep him from heading down to the beach to smoke; or so he thought. By the third time, Kurt had had enough. He didn’t feel things for people, and this boy was making him feel things! How dare he worm his way into Kurt’s life without even trying! After that, Kurt swore off going to the beach. He would just have to find a new hangout spot, he supposed.

Rating: at most PG-13

Word Count So Far: Not many. But some of the most important dialog is written.

Any advice for anyone: outlines / plotting major points helps

Snippet:

He holds it out, "What's this?" Curiosity in his voice. Awe on his face. Recognition of a future he never knew he wanted thrumming through his body.

He shrugs, "I've been looking for you forever." A small smile plays on his face as he takes a step closer to the man who had been his muse.
