Walking with head torches through woods sounds great. I hope it had stopped raining by then as I nearly got caught in a rather unexpected shower earlier on.

We got drenched as the rain got harder as the walk progressed but it was OK as we were dressed for it. We cut the walk 10 mins short as it was quite bad by the end.

That is beginning to be 'almost winter' weather, but would have been lovely for an evening walk with torches. Did you see any bats?

Unfortunately it poured with rain so we ended up doing a 50 minute walk instead of the full hour. It was pretty grim.

Yes, it's bright, but cold here, as well - my ears were a bit chilly when I got back from my walk tis afternoon.

#3 - actually my answer was going to be that of me presuming that most people who are 60 (my age) would be taking something!
