Midweek musings

It's supposed to be a nice day today the forecast said 24C/75F and sunshine. Up until about an hour ago we had about 10 minutes of sunshine every couple of hours and it's been dull the rest of the time. It's started off quite chilly!

Yesterday I met up with lilachigh and we had a very delicious lunch. She is going to be a published writer! She's got a 10

I was very relieved that masks are still going to be necessary in London!

She told people on Facebook but I don’t think she’s often on Lj. I shall remind her.

I’m going to keep wearing my mask in the supermarkets too - I’m happy to keep on as long as people are getting ill and it’s also useful for ‘flu and colds so I don’t spread those around.

I know! She had a lot of rejections but her agent came through in the end!
