Friday or day 243 (a fortnight into the 2nd lockdown) - a birthday day!

Yesterday I started the day by baking two loaves of bread which had been proving overnight. Mr Cee bought be a bread cloche which works really well (if you don't know what that is, there are a couple of photos under the cut)

I think the whole process of making bread just appeals to me. Mostly it’s just waiting for it to do stuff so I ignore it and get on with other things.

I just couldn’t believe how hard it was to claim back on insurance. It’s definitely made me think twice about bothering to pay extra to send stuff.

Yes - sending to the US is stupid expensive. It’s such a shame.
