Well, I checked out Time and Chips like you said, and who's the first person I come across? :oD Kinda spooky, huh? I didn't know you made icons - these are fabulous, and the wallpapers are nifty too. I'm gonna go hunt out any more that you've done *grins*
*adds back* Mind out for my other friends though, if you comment on my journal, cos they're all (except for one) my friends from back home and they're pretty protective. Don't be offended if they give you the onceover, they're just like that :o)
I've always kinda wanted to make icons, seeing as I collect them like very pretty stamps, but I don't really know how. My graphic commodities extend to Paint, which doesn't make very good ones. I've made a grand total of one, which was basically just a section of a webcomic trimmed to 100x100. Not very swish. What program do you use?
I currently use Photoshop Elements 4.0 It's a nice programme. It has a lot of the same features as other Photoshop programmes, but isn't quite as complex. It's good for recreational use.
There are also a number of free programmes that you should be able to d/l off the net. Try Google searching. If you don't have any luck, let me know, and I'll see if I can remember where I found the ones I used to use, before I got Elements.
