Holiday questions

Eggnog or hot chocolate?
Neither really? But probably eggnog, alcoholic, and not too much of it. My Puerto Rican coworker gave me a bottle of his homemade coquito (coconut eggnog) I'm about to bust into.

I was just thinking about starting to celebrate solstice, too. I'm not a follower of any religion, but the return of more daylight is hugely symbolic to me. I look forward to it for months so that seems like a totally worthwhile thing to celebrate to me.
