You know, I'm wondering what sequence the last two episodes or, at least, scenes from those episodes, were filmed. I'm wondering if it's possible that was actually the last scene J2 shot. The way their eyes are scanning across the camera, it looks like they're doing a little non-verbal salute to all the crew.

Also, if it was the last scene they filmed, it would explain why Jared looks inconsolable whereas Sam was supposed to be happy they were free and could write their own story at last.

I am pretty sure that this was the last scene filmed in the bunker.
It was pulled down after that.
