Thankfully that was a given, but the fact that it passed (or is likely to pass at this point), still makes me want to cry.

Yeah, I wasn't happy about it either. Did you hear that Arkansas based a ban against gay couples adopting?! Talk about unconstitutional. I hope that one is overturned very quickly as well. Florida's new ban will affect even heterosexual domestic partners. Ugh.
