Quick update before my battery dies (I haven't been able to get to Computer Corner to charge it for a few days). Mom saw FEMA a couple days ago. They're going to replace the beds, a tv, a computer, and some of our clothing. I don't know when we'll actually get the money to replace things but this is a good step to getting things back to normal

so glad to hear this news. Things will soon be back to normal and most of this will be just a bad dream. Keep those feelings in your heart about the Red Cross as something good you can take away from this experience.
