er, the damp cloth is usually applied to the other end... little bitty kitties can't pee and poo by themselves, so after feeding you should stimulate that area by rubbing it gently with a warm moist cloth.

if she's using a potty box on her own, though, you don't have to worry about that. :) she's a cutie!
