I feel the same way about my dad's mom. She looked like a friggin' movie star. But since Dad was adopted, there's no chance of family resemblence for me. I agree with Rob, though, you have her face shape, and her nose. And I think your eyes look very similar... You're gorgeous, Kate, deal with it. :p
