I like how you've conceptualized Emma's diamond form, and this whole excellent tale almost makes me want to watch Wolverine: Sausagefest Origins.

IT HAS A LOT OF DICKS ON ITS DANCEFLOOR BUT IT ALSO HAS AT LEAST ONE MAGNIFICENT LADY AND LOTS OF POTENTIAL FOR MESSING AROUND WITH POTENTIAL CONNECTIONS BETWEEN EMMA FROST AND EVERYONE ELSE....

:D YOU SHOULD WATCH IT.

Even given than there is only 1 main female character, I personally think the gender politics are more sound than First Class (Wolverine is the only one who gets nekkid! No fridging! No ice fetching! Even sex-as-a-weapon is subverted and softened in a fairly interesting way.)

And Logan is so MANLY YET SENSITIVE. I mean seriously, just watch it for his hair. The hair is amazing. And I'm going to cram some OFCs into the 'verse, anyway, and you need a proper knowledge of canon to appreciate them!

And it's just a really, really enjoyable movie, something a little more than a summer blockbuster. I appreciated what First Class was trying to do, but it was either so on-point as to be uncomfortable (Charles) or it was so off the mark or unself-aware that I cringed (the treatment of every. single. woman.)

And the sausagefest is adorable, I promise. They are all bros.
