I was supposed to be writing a Gaila/Winona shag-or-die, and ended up writing a prequel instead. It's ramble!verse's first proper Gaila fic! Yay. ^_^

This is fantastic. Just, excellent science fiction. The most interesting and alien Gaila I've ever read, I think.

Oh, and I really enjoyed the way the human characters completely fail to understand what is actually going on inside Gaila's head!

This is beautiful. I was a little unsure of what to think of Gaila as a plant, basically, but this is fascinating. I really love it.

I think I had seen the plant-theory of Gaila somewhere before? I know I wasn't the first person to think her skin might be photosynthetic. I just, you know, decided to turn that theory up to eleven. :P Thanks for commenting; I'm glad you love it!
