It's been interesting seeing how my characterization of Jim morphed over the months-- I started off thinking of him as this huge jerk, but more and more woobieness snuck in as time went on.... I'm, uh, not going to to think on the implications of that too much. :x

I'm equal parts amused and befuddled that you and Ruby are so taken with Little Miss Sociopath. But it'd be in poor taste to complain, wouldn't it. :P

BUT I am 100% pleased that you like the Jim-motorcycle metaphor and 20% disappointed in myself that I don't have any explicit spy shenanigans to give you.

Ahahahaha honestly Courtney was way too easy and fun to write. I am purposely refusing to investigate what that says about me as a person. also, I admit it! I laughed at "non-rapey."

As for the soft blankie-- I was shaping up Uhura to fill the c part of h/c. There's a smidgen of epilogue with Jim and Uhura, actually, but I never typed it up because it was too twee.
