Right, so I've decided to adapt the never-finished Guard Dog AU (PotC) for the orig Big Project of Big Doom. It's no trouble at all to do this for what I have written (just the first chapter) simply by switching out the names. This leads to the following concerns

And with "needlessly cruel" for the posting of the snippet, considering all the poetically described carnage. I worry about mini-James' sanity - he'll end up with too much of it, or too little, or both.
I can think of no piratey names not already owned by pirates, and I liked none of those generated by the many, many piratical name generators of teh internets. (Except perhaps Sylvester.)

And fear not, dear Chaos! You are on the Mighty Flist of Kaylie and therefore, this cruelty will not last much longer. I have since discovered a piratey-enough name and shall post the full chapter lickety split (though again, you have read this several times before.) :/
P.S. I love the phrase "poetically described carnage" >P
