Pairing: None
Rating: PG for icky bits; biology

Fantastic. As a person who enjoys reading about diseases every now and then, I appreciate this fic.

Regarding your decision not to continue this fic: you fiendish tease. :-P :-D

"As a person who enjoys reading about diseases every now and then"
If I weren't a person who enjoys reading about even weirder things, I'd say that sentence made you sound odd. >P Lol, idk it's just the way you phrased it. Do you mostly read about them on Wikipedia or is there another site you like? I always have some random disease I need to research for fic purposes, and Wikipedia is hit-or-miss. :/

I didn't mean it to be teasy, I swear! :D The moment was over, that's all.

I refer to WebMD or the US National Library of Medicine's website (http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/). My best friend has major health issues so sometimes I look up stuff for him.

I also read books about cancer or blood diseases just for my own curiousity.

This was really good! I wish I knew what happened next, but I think it ending where it does makes the overall effect even better. It so makes sense that this is the path Ianto's mind would take, I love it.

Thanks! I stopped it here because once he opens the door, it becomes a different fic. I-- don't know if that makes any sense, sorry. I'm glad it seems IC to you. Sometimes I look at my stuff and wonder if I'm going OTT, but no complaints yet. :)

OH GOD UR RITE. Here, have the rest of the fic:

Ianto finally got to the door and opened it. He felt a lot better, just like he thought he would. Well that's good, he thought and then he thought, I'm hungry. I'll go get a hot dog. And he did. But the hot dog was poisoned, so he died. THE END.

Oh, well then, that's okay. I was worried that he didn't realize he'd missed his dinner. Serves him right, eating dodgy hot dogs.

It would've made much more sense for him to remember dinner while he was still in the store-room, though. Or at least he could've gotten a bite in the restaurant proper instead of going to some suspicious roadside vendor. Clearly, the yellow steam warped his mind, enabling the aliens to control him from afar and thus *force* him to go to that particular vendor-- the one with the yellow umbrella, not the blue one-- and purchase the foot-long rather than the normal size as is his wont. The roadside vendor, furthermore, knew to give this particular gentleman the poisoned hot dog because of how he was holding his trouser leg. Most complicated assassination plan evar, y/n?

(P.S. why did LJ make me post anonymously? I'm very confused.)
