Remember in Country-cide, when Ianto holds up a piece of tech and says, "I took the liberty?" He keeps hold of that equipment for the next few scenes. He's smirking in the icon because Tosh has just come up from behind him, given him a disgruntled look, and snatched her tech back. Ianto's all like, "I knew that'd tick her off, muahahaha. Next, I'm gonna pull her pigtails!" Watch it if you don't believe me. It's adorable.
