I guess I never realized how much I used the internet until I couldn't; still can't. (I'm at the library again). I don't know what's wrong with my laptop. I was at Cub earlier this afternoon, and overheard part of a conversation between a mom and a young girl (about 3 or 4):

The mom was getting some milk, and the girl ran to the open dairy case, looked in, and said "Where's the cow?"

Mom replied: "The cow doesn't live in there, honey."

I thought that was kinda humorous.

Many years ago, I bought a (then new)backpack. It was/is copper-colored, and worked very nicely for me. But that was then. Now, it is falling apart, and the padding in the straps is pretty flat. But somehow, I can't bring myself to throw it out. It was really past its prime about ten years ago, but I just couldn't, and can't seem to part with it. ( Read more... )
